PMDC MDCAT Test was announced by PMDC for MDCAT aspirants in 2024. According to Dawn News Papers, at least 200,000 candidates appeared in previous exams.
PMC MDCAT Test, also called PMC Entry Test, is held each year for medical admission in Pakistan in all provinces.
The Pakistan Medical Council (PMC), often called the Paksitan Medical and Dental Council, conducts the MDCAT Test for the MBBS-BDS Admission Course. The MDCAT Test is a mandatory requirement for all Pakistani medical and dental universities except National University of Medical Science (NUMS) affiliated colleges and universities. NUMS conducts its own MDCAT test.
According to an estimate, almost 1 lac 50 thousand students appear in the PMC MDCAT Test, which is double the number of students appearing in the NUMS MDCAT Test.
