Verified medical programmes in China

These are researched starting points, not an exhaustive national ranking. Confirm recognition for your intended country of practice.

Programme inclusion does not guarantee admission, a visa, scholarship, PM&DC recognition or professional registration.

How to choose a medical university in China

  1. Verify the exact university, campus and medical qualification with the official national authority.
  2. Confirm that international students can enter the programme and that the published language applies throughout clinical training.
  3. Check academic subjects, entrance examinations, interview and language requirements on the university website.
  4. Calculate the complete degree cost: tuition, mandatory fees, insurance, visa, accommodation, travel and living costs.
  5. Ask the regulator in the country where you plan to practise whether your exact school, programme and graduation year meet its rules.

Scholarships for medical students

A scholarship is included only when an official source connects it to medicine, the named programme or a study level that clearly includes that programme. “All subjects” is not assumed when medicine is excluded or separately regulated. Closed awards remain labelled closed until a new call is published.

Recognition warning

Confirm the exact campus, teaching language, clinical-language expectations and PM&DC treatment before paying. Inclusion on this page is research information, not admission, visa, scholarship or licensing approval.

Frequently asked questions

Are these all medical universities in China?

No. This is a growing verified selection, not a copied directory or paid ranking. More institutions are added only after their programme and official source are checked.

Can Pakistani students apply?

Programme eligibility and scholarship nationality rules are recorded separately. Pakistani applicants must also check PM&DC requirements for foreign medical study and return-to-practice.

Does a scholarship guarantee admission?

No. Admission, scholarship selection, visa issuance and professional recognition are separate decisions.
