Self: Candidate needs to present Original CNIC at the counter of Degree Cell

- Original authority letter signed by the candidate and show original CNIC
- Copy of receiver’s CNIC
- Copy of candidate’s CNIC
Duplicate Degree Receiving Process
Self: Candidate needs to present Original CNIC at the counter of Degree Cell

- Blood relative having an authority letter on E-Stamp only and show original CNIC
