Does the fee table mean civilian MBBS admissions are open?
No. A fee schedule describes a cohort; it does not establish eligibility for the next cohort. The NUMS MDCAT 2026 notice identifies Army Medical College MBBS as “For Medical Cadets Only”. Do not assume the old open-merit fee column gives you an available civilian MBBS seat in the current cycle. Check the latest admission and recruitment instructions for your precise route. Dental admission and medical-cadet recruitment must also be checked separately.

Calculate the amount your family needs
Build two budgets: the money needed before joining and the cost of continuing each year. For example, the published MBBS tuition benchmark is PKR 1.21 million per year. That figure alone does not tell you the first invoice or living costs. Ask the accounts office to identify which additional charges apply to your cohort.

Keep the NUMS application-processing payment separate from tuition. A paid application is not a fee receipt from the college, and it does not guarantee selection.
Questions to ask before paying
- Which admission session and seat category does this invoice cover?
- Is the amount tuition only, or does it include hostel, mess and examinations?
- What is the instalment schedule and the last date to accept the seat?
- Which charges are refundable if I withdraw, and what deadline applies?
- Does my route involve a service bond, sponsorship or other written obligation?
Pay against the institution’s verified invoice and retain the receipt. Do not treat a social-media fee graphic, an agent’s assurance or another student’s older bill as your current offer.
2027 fees and scholarships
A verified 2027 fee schedule was not found. No future amount or automatic scholarship is promised here. If you receive financial assistance, compare the award letter with the invoice: a tuition waiver may leave accommodation and other expenses unpaid. A military college name alone does not establish a stipend, sponsorship or commission for every student.
