One of Pakistan’s most difficult medical entry exams is the NUMS Entry Test. Only 30% of the exam is made up of simple MCQs, whereas 70% of it is made up of standard MCQs.

Yes, You can request an exam change via email, and the center can be changed with the approval of the NUMS Competent Authority. Noramllay , they change exam centers for genuine reasons but must contact before the exam date, As the exam date gets closer , chances to change exam centers will be less, because after exam center allocation, exam center change is impossible.

For admission to the MBBS program and the BDS program, respectively, the pass rate for the MDCAT at NUMS is 55% and 45%.
